Develop a listing of cybersecurity proficient personnel and organizations throughout the USA as a resource for individuals and organizations. If a gap exists, identify and fill it.

Identify cybersecurity policy gaps and solutions [laws, regulations, or best practices] to enable a holistic nationwide cybersecurity policy [help ‘weave the net’ as it were…]. Provide a comprehensive legal policy viewpoint for organizations to use in enhancing their cybersecurity?
